Every day, our 6 transporters deliver 20 vehicles for clients across the UK. Our clients are car dealerships, fleet operators and vehicle leasing companies. We work on their behalf to arrange the collection and delivery of new and used cars to new owners.

When a new owner receives a new car, it is delivered in showroom condition.It is part of our service to make sure the car’s new owner is happy with the vehicle before we leave it in his or her possession. We take the time to show the new owner how all the controls, features and extras work (because they will be different from their current vehicle).

We make sure the new owner is aware of all the safety features on the vehicle such as the warning lights and changing the spare wheel. As soon as we leave, the new owner can immediately begin to enjoy driving the new car and see the benefits in the features it has to offer.

Overnight vehicle storage

For the times when a collection and delivery cannot be made during the same day, we store vehicles overnight in our secure premises. We bring them to pristine condition and arrange delivery to clients at the time most convenient to them.

Professional handover

Because it is important that the client promptly receives the delivery confirmation paperwork, we complete the forms as soon as the vehicle has been delivered. Many clients are set up to complete this process online using an eProof of Delivery (ePoD) system such as ‘MoDel’. For this reason, our drivers carry mobile phones and, on delivery, the new owner ‘signs’ the screen and the confirmation is instantly sent to the client. People come back to Elite because we constantly provide a reliable, professional and friendly service they can depend upon.

Every car (as you would expect) is covered by fully comprehensive motor insurance. And Elite Logistics has public liability insurance cover for protection.
